If you've forgotten your Alpari password or simply need to reset it for security reasons, the process is straightforward and designed to get you back to managing your trading activities quickly and securely. This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully reset your Alpari password, ensuring you can continue accessing your account without disruption.
If you've forgotten your Alpari password, you can reset your password. And follow these steps:
- Enter your registered email address (using lowercase letters of the alphabet) and click on 'Confirm email'.
- A four-digit code will be sent to your email address, enter this code into the fields provided
- Create a new password.
Tip: Choose a strong and memorable password. Keep it in a safe place and don't give it to any third parties. Alpari will never ask for your password in communications.
Your password should:
- Include at least 8 characters
- Consists of both uppercase (A-Z) and lowercase (a-z) characters.
- Include at least one number (0-9).
- Include at least one special character (!,@,$).

Important After you update your password or security code, you will not be able to make a withdrawal for 4 hours. This is a safety feature to protect your funds.
